You Got Questions, We Have Answers.
Insurance coverage?
Though we don’t take insurance public or private, we will provide you with a Billing Code, CPT code (for procedures if performed), an invoice, and all necessary information to submit for reimbursement. We work with Reimbursify to help you get appropriate reimbursements.
What if I need X-rays/Lab work?
If deemed clinically indicated, we work with Atlantic Medical Imaging, Atlantic County’s premier imaging center, to arrange for X-rays, Ultrasounds, and CAT Scans when clinically indicated.
Most lab work can be done by OCM during your visit. This now includes COVID-19 IgG and IgG antibodies.
Who will be performing the consultation?
OnCall Medical providers are Board Certified Emergency Medicine Providers.
Are providers available during off hours?
Consultations can be arranged during off hours based on provider availability. An additional fee may apply.
Additional costs?
If imaging, labs, medications, or emergency hospital services are deemed appropriate, the costs involved will be submitted directly to your insurance provider.
